Is anyone out there?

I'm dying of curiosity as to who's reading this blog. Do you have a moment to leave a comment? You can be anonymous or use a pseudonym if you like. Or you can always email me at clergyguy@gmail.com. --CG

  1. I discovered your blog after you left a comment on somebody else's. Right now yours is among 91 or so that I'm following. I try to skim every blog every day, but the level of attention depends a lot on mental state and presence of other distractions.

I've been at this for over a year and a half; it really does take awhile to build up a readership. Hang in there; say what you need to say.

  2. I'm reading :)

Felt so many of the same things as you have. If nothing else, venting vicariously through you helps me out...

  3. One of my aims is to speak for others who have similar feelings. Thanks for the confirmation.

  4. I remember feeling the way you do sometimes. You just handle it a bit better than I did...
...you should have seen the day I wore shorts to church..oops...

  5. I've been reading it, from time to time, after discovering it due to a comment you posted on another blog.

  6. I come back to your blog occasionally, having found it through some posts you made at an atheist blog. I enjoy reading what you have to say, but at the same time I am often greatly saddened by your subject material. I can't honestly say I understand, but I still wish you all the best. I shall return. :)

  7. Lessica, I've said this to others--it means a lot that you were interested enough to listen to (read) what I have to say. I hear your support and I appreciate it.

Please come again and feel free to speak your mind.

  8. Just started after coming here from Unreasonable Faith. I'll keep reading.

  9. Is it somewhat ironic that several people got here via non-Christian forums? I'm also here via Unreasonable Faith, and also via brgulker's blog, as you commented there recently as well.

  10. Guess I can see a little irony, there. The blogs I'm reading are certainly more engaging--they make me think hard.

Thanks for checking this one out.

  11. Hey, no worries! I figured if I was going to get into a disagreement with someone over there about something you hypothetically implied, I'd better come see what you have to say about yourself.

Incidentally, while I seem, rather to my surprise, to be heading back into Christianity rather than away from it (I wouldn't have taken a bet on that 6 months ago!), it certainly is true that for the most part I'm far more at home on an atheist blog than a Christian one.
